This organization focuses on Malicious Activity Awareness and Response, specifically in regards to criminal activity on computers such as Phishing, Fraud, and Malicious Software (malware) with the intent of information theft. They have a blog, and there is rumor of a mailing list where people can post information about phishing and malware cases.
Another must check when I've got time.
